Ingredients + Their Healing Benefits

Soy Milk

Organic, non-GMO soy milk is a cornerstone for breast wellness. Rich in phytoestrogens (specifically isoflavones like genistein and daidzein), soy helps gently regulate estrogen metabolism, protect breast tissue, and may even reduce recurrence risk (American Cancer Society).

Recent research suggests that moderate soy intake is not only safe but protective for hormone-positive breast cancer survivors.

Matcha

Matcha is a powerhouse of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a catechin studied for its anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. It supports DNA repair, lowers inflammation, and provides calm, steady energy (National Institutes of Health)—critical for post-treatment resilience.

Dates (pit removed)

Dates offer a gentle, natural sweetness without causing blood sugar spikes, which is important because stable blood sugar supports hormonal harmony and lowers systemic inflammation. Dates also offer potassium and magnesium for nerve and muscle support.

Vanilla Organic Protein Powder

(Recommended: Sakara Greens Protein or a clean organic blend.)High-quality plant protein helps repair tissues, strengthen immunity, and balance blood sugar, supporting overall healing —especially important during recovery phases after surgery or radiation.

Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is a natural multivitamin, rich in amino acids, enzymes, and antioxidants that boost immune strength  .Additionally, early research and anecdotal evidence suggest that bee pollen may help ease hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms by supporting hormonal adaptation (National Library of Medicine).

Always check with your healthcare provider if you have pollen allergies.

Ground Flax Seeds

Flax seeds are among the most powerful foods for breast health. Rich in lignans, they modulate estrogen metabolism in a protective way and may help reduce tumor growth (MD Anderson). They’re also an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, critical for lowering inflammation and supporting cardiovascular recovery.

Wild/Organic Blueberries

Wild blueberries are packed with anthocyanins, potent antioxidants that protect DNA, support brain health, and reduce systemic inflammation .

Banana (fresh or frozen)

Bananas offer potassium, vitamin B6, and prebiotic fiber, nurturing a healthy gut microbiome.

How to Make It

  • 1 cup organic soymilk (I like Eden brand)

  • 1 tsp matcha (check out matcha.com)

  • 2 dates (pit removed); can sub with 1/8 tsp monk fruit powder if watching sugar

  • 1 scoop organic vanilla protein powder (I like Sakara)

  • 1 tsp bee pollen

  • 2 TBSP ground flaxseeds

  • 1/2 cup organic berries (fresh or frozen, I love NW Wildfoods)

  • 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • A few ice cubes (optional)

1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender (like a Vitamix). 2️⃣ Blend until smooth and creamy. 3️⃣ Pour into your favorite glass, sprinkle a little extra bee pollen or cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!

Why This Shake Matters for Breast Health & Healing

  • Strengthens immunity (bee pollen + antioxidants)

  • Fights inflammation (matcha + blueberries + omega-3s)

  • Supports brain clarity and gut health (bananas + fiber)
